    Frequently Asked Questions
You will find answers to all of your most common VOlP Services and Phone Repair related questions located here.
    What is VOIP?
VoIP is an acronym for Voice Over Internet Protocol, which by itself means voice over the internet. It’s a technology that delivers voice communication and multimedia sessions (such as video) over Internet Protocol (IP) networks.
    What are IP Phones?
An IP Telephone, very broadly speaking, is a telephone designed to work with an IP PBX. The popularity of the SIP standard, however, means that the IP PBX of today has evolved, almost universally, into a SIP-based PBX.
How much does it cost for an estimate on repairs?
Nothing, it’s free! We do not charge anything to give you an estimate but there is a small $25.00 fee in most cases due to traveling charge. If for any reason you decided not to use our service then all you pay is our traveling charge.
Who will be doing the work?
The troubleshooting of your system is performed by one of our industry certified technical experts. When you call us to request service, you will speak to one of our technically trained customer service representatives who will find out details of your problem and delegate it to one of our expert technicians.
    What are your COVID-19 policies?
We currently follow all CDC guidelines for the safety of both our customer and technicians. We also ask all customers to please maintain social distancing when communicating with our techs. If you believe you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible.
